I will then give you a DVD commentary on that snippet: what I was thinking when I wrote it, why I wrote it in the first place, what's going on in the character's heads, why I chose certain words, what this moment means in the context of the rest of the story, awful puns [perhaps], and anything else that you'd expect to find on a DVD commentary track. You can ask me anything - character motivation, writing process, or if you disagree with the direction I took in a story, ask me to defend it.

For the next five days talk about three positive things that happened, or some such thing.

Because of REASONS, I failed to start this yesterday. Reasons being my positive things.

1. MEET UP! And getting to meet lovely fandom friends who I have never had the opportunity to meet before. There are too many to list without me forgetting someone, so I won't, but you know who you are.

2. MEET UP! And getting to spend time with lovely fandom friends who I know and love. You also know who you are.

3. Writing! Of the short fic, which is a wonderful exercise. And, man did it feel good to actually finish not just one fic but two, since the BB, which is still not done, has been eating my brain for the last four months.
